Course 1 - Compact camera users
Ideal for compact digital camera users.

I will explain how to get the most out of your compact camera and cover software and downloading.
Aperture: what is it, and what does it do
Shutter speeds: What are they and how they affect your photo’s
ISO : What is it and how it affects your photos
Program modes: When to use them and what type of picture they are best for
Manual modes: When to use them and what type of picture they are best for
You will need to bring you camera, memory card, instruction manual and make sure your batteries are fully charged.
After the tuition we will go out and take some photos.
Course 2 - DSLR Basic course.
Date April 27th - 10am Till 3.00pm Cost $99.00
Have you got a DSLR and don’t know how to use it..?
We will cover :
Aperture: what is it, and what does it do
Shutter speeds: What are they and how they affect your photo’s
ISO : What is it and how it affects your photos
Lenses : What lens is right for what you want to photograph
Program modes: When to use them and what type of picture they are best for
Manual modes: When to use them and what type of picture they are best for
Flash Modes: When do you use flash and how to use is so it looks natural
You will need to bring you camera, lenses, memory card, instruction manual and make sure your batteries are fully charged.
After the tuition we will go out and take some photos.
Course 3 - Advanced DSLR use
Date May 3rd May 17th - Full day 9.00am Till 4.00pm Cost $199.00
I will briefly cover the basics but then get into finding and using light,

Advanced flash modes
Studio Lighting
Macro
Sports
Basic Photoshop techniques
Location shoots
Posing
Wedding and portrait capture.
After the tuition we will go out and take some photos, then download them and critique them.
